Delivery

Orders are shipped by Nordique Fragrances to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

We use trusted logistics partners such as PostNord, Posti or other reputable carriers, depending on the destination country and selected delivery method.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

During product launches, promotional periods, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated clearly.

Please note that delivery time begins from the moment you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Finland: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

  • the destination country

  • the size and weight of the order

  • the selected delivery method

Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before completing your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated in the webshop.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can track your shipment from dispatch to delivery using the provided tracking link.
