Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.
Conditions for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Fragrances that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned

Protective seals (if applicable) must be intact

Discovery Sets are considered hygiene products and must remain unopened to be eligible for return
Sealed products & hygiene notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrances and Discovery Sets are sealed.
Once the seal has been broken or the outer packaging opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
